Integrated generation of control plans SWM – FMEA – CP – PP
All functions required for the structured generation of control plans are available in the universal software module solvtec ® IT CP. A major aspect here is the use of existing master data, structures and information from other modules of the QM system. Control Plan may be considered as a stand-alone module.
On the other hand, the combination with further modules fully brings out the advantages. Together with SWM, the basic structure of the control plan can be perfectly generated from the process description. Important information from the FMEA appears in the control plan. Later on, all relevant data from the control plan will be transferred to the test plan.

You may either enter the data manually or, per mouse click, choose and transfer the data from the CAQ database. The same applies to operations, machines, test steps, characteristics, test equipment and actions. Furthermore, it is possible to directly link relevant documents within the control methods.
Linking documents
All necessary documents can be linked without restrictions at control plan and characteristic levels. These links will be carried over to the test plans and thus, as required, automatically ensure an optimal information flow from the planer to the test site and the operator.
From control plan to test plan – Up to 70% time saving
All necessary functions to convert your control plan into the basis for a test plan in the CAQ system are available per mouse click in the test plan generation module. You define, per mouse click in the control plan, which processes and characteristics you wish to have transferred. Existing master data and links will be transferred and are then available in the test plan. What is then necessary to complete your test plan is reduced to a minimum. You save time and money.
Control plan reporting – E-mail connection
At any time, you can view the produced control plans as paper hardcopies or in electronic form (e.g. as PDF documents) using the integrated reporting system. Report Designer allows you to produce your own forms or use those of your customers, work with them and archive them for further use. Connecting your e-mail client allows you to forward the control plan simply to the correct persons.
